MegaDeck™ is the large panel heavy-duty access matting system with the greatest weight bearing characteristics on the market. MegaDeck is the ideal solution for moving heavy equipment over soft ground, as it provides a durable, stable, slip-resistant surface in any environment, while protecting the ground beneath. MegaDeck is designed to fit standard ISO shipping containers, making it easier to get your access matting to your job site.

Each MegaDeck oilfield mat is molded from HDPE, with special proprietary fillers and additives that provide additional strength, rigidity, and impact resistance.
Design Features:

Connection System:
MegaDeck's proprietary connection system consists of a self-aligning cast aluminum locking mechanism that joins overlapping flanges of adjacent mats, allowing them to bear tremendous weights. Simply slide flange containing the male locking component over the female lock flange, drop in the bolt part and turn 90° with a standard hex key. This extra large locking system is extra strong, ensuring that your MegaDeck rig mats will not separate.
Maintenance:
MegaDeck is virtually unbreakable and is easily cleaned with ordinary cleaning solutions or industrial power-washers for those extra tough messes. MegaDeck mats will not absorb water or other contaminants.
